I make a mean veg lasagne and stir fry and always make enough of each for two days.

But why, I am wondering, does it always taste better reheated the next day!! Don't get me wrong, I enjoy it the first time, but there is something about the reheated portion that makes it even better.

because sat overnight in the fridge, the flavours blend and develop.

Yes, I agree. Lots of meal taste better second day. Maybe we should all make our meals the day before we eat them :)
