Just watching a programme Nature Shock: The Pig Bang Theory.

I quessed in one minute why the pig farms burnt down and why they burned for so long.

And they put it in an hours programme!!

One of the few times I actually know something :)

Manure heaps spontaneously ignite ,just like they always have. The trick is not to have them near anything valuable inflammable and alive.

over 12.000 pigs have perished in these fires in the usa
its the barns design that seems to be the problem these costing $500.000 +
