Queenie, have you done a dafne (diet and food for normal eating) course?
Son number two...diagnosed with type 1 age ten, now age 32...completed this course last year and reckons everyone with type 1 would benefit hugely from doing it.
No help to you at the moment but maybe worth considering if you've not yet done the course.

yes ethandron I have done the dafne course and sadly it doesn't work for me and I hated every bit of it I'm afraid. I was worse on it than I am now.
