Printing Photgraphs

I need to be able to print photos in certain sizes.......i.e

photo 1) 16mm x15mm
photo 2) 12mm x10mm
photo 3) 12mm x10mm
photo 4) 10mm x10mm
photo 5) 10mm x10mm

My dad has a printer capable of printing photos and has the photographic paper I'd need also.........I just don't know how to do it so that the pictures come out good quality and in the sizes I need?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Irfanview has a custom size setting in the print settings when you print to specify an exact size.

And yes, 10mm x 10mm would be a really really small picture.
