I have solved the clued lights but fail to get the theme.

Nobel prize winners for literature .Look them up on Wiki .All the titles have a colour in them ,parts of which must be shaded .in the appropriate colour .

The unclued lights are part names of novels and their nobel prize winners
EG 19 d Notebook ( The Golden Notebook ) by Lessing at 27a
Notebook has to be shaded in Gold ( I used a yellow pencil :)
The novelists are
O'Neill
Lessing
Pamuk
Vargas Llosa
