Hi Wendilla,
does this mean it goes around the world and appears back in sight a hour and a half later? Also, how many people are in the station?
thanks,
annie.

The Iss is not always visible over the uk. You can check back on my posts over the last 2 years. It is usually v isible for about 10 days every 6 to 8 weeks. It travels at 17,000 mpsh (5miles per second)
It orbits the earth every 90 minutes with a sunrise and sunset every 45 mins. It is approx 180 t0 200 miles high. It's solar wings are 240 feet wide and as large as a football field. Go to google type in Spacestation and you can learn more. You will need a clear sky to see it and if you go by my time which is accurate you should see it glide across the sky.
