According to www.steamlocomotive.info "Cecil Raikes" is in Liverpool's Museum of Liverpool Life, Mann Island, just by Pier Head. Most of Steamport's other rolling stock ended up at the Ribble Steam Railway over at Preston Docks.
Cecil Raikes has been removed from open display at Liverpool Pier Head & is now in Merseyside Museums large objects store in Juniper Street ,behind Bank Hall Fire Station & is not on public view.
