Has anyone got , or know where i can get , the lyrics to the original " Carolina " by Prince Buster ( not the Shaggy version ). Thanks in advance !

might sound daft but have you tried www.songlyrics.com - you put in the artist and it brings up the songs - if not put song lyrics into google and it will bring up a list of websites with song lyrics on

i may be wrong but i think you'll find the original version "oh carolina" is by the *Folkes Brothers* on the blue beat label.hope this is of help to you

Agree with Kingrat, its by the Folkes Brothers - I have it on a compilation "Tougher than tough 0 the story ofJamaican music , if I get chance later ill try and put up the Lyrics.

thanks for the help. Ive tried these sites (and others ) but Shaggy seems to have the monopoly !
