disconnected sim card

my sim card has been disconnected cos i never used it for 180days(cos i'd missed placed it in a house move) can i buy a new sim card? my phone a siemens t-mobile only cost about �40, would it be worth buying a new simm card even if i could?===need help!!

Try http://shop.o2.co.uk/shop/ - they have PAYG sims for 9.99 (�10 monthly top up). They occaisionally do offers where the sim is 99p or even free (6 per household), so keep an eye on it!
