Do you both use the same bank?
Fraud requires dishonesty and an intention to gain something or to cause loss to someone. None of those elements is present, on what you say. You and your other friend, who has suffered the same, will have to explain, if the police take this up, or to your respective banks, what has been happening.
Princess B - I can hardly wait - has not told us what happened then

She fell out with Miss X
and then what ?

Miss X then starts telling stories....

Oh I see Miss X then says Princess B has pocketed the money Miss X has transferred into the B acct (possibly)
Stop being really scared. From what you've said it hardly constitutes a fraud. You may have been a bit silly trusting your "friend" who seems to be a right nasty piece of work. As already stated, try CAB for advice for starters.
And tell the bank there is no offence of Obtaining Money by Deception any more :)
Agree with advice to see cab. The bank will have frozen accounts while they investigate. If she transferred it to you there will be a record so hard for her to accuse you of taking it. Try not to worry so much, getting advice will really help with that. Good luck.
