Buenchico you help many on technology issues, and I am sure we are all indebted to you for doing so, so can I now ask you a non tech question?
There was once a regular ABer who was also very knowledgeable in technology issues, but we don't seem to have heard from him lately, can you remember who it was, and what has happened to him?

Check that TheSage is running in the background (waiting for you to make a call on it). It should show as a white 'S', on a blue background, in the System Tray at the bottom right of your screen.
If it's not there, open TheSage (from Start > Programs) and click on the 'Options' button at the top of the screen. (It's the one with three lines on it). In the left-hand pane (under 'General') click on 'Opening and closing'. Put a tick alongside 'Start TheSage at Windows startup. Click 'Apply& ''OK'. Restart your computer. From then on, TheSage will always be available when you want it.
If (or when) TheSage is actually running (i.e. the white 'S' on a blue background appears in the System Tray), when you place your cursor over a word try double-clicking (to highlight it) before pressing Ctrl+Shift+A. Then, when you've finished reading the definitions, do NOT click the 'close' ('X') button! If you do, TheSage will no longer be available for future look-ups during that session (unless you reopen it). Either simply click on the document or web page you were reading (to bring it to the front) or use the 'Minimise' button in TheSage.
It might seem a bit complicated at first but it soon becomes extremely easy!
