As a norm you see the Izzzz heads on regular day basis, at the bookies, in the clubs / pubs, & theses are dole Waller's scrounging off the state, the kids going short of food, their @rses hanging out of their pants ( I'm not knocking the children) Fagging it like troopers, instead of giving these people benefits in cash, would it not be a better idea to give them non refundable tokens that can ONLY BE SPENT on food Etc,

TWR, your perception of where you live is yours and yours alone. Many of us don't see what you see in our local towns and I would never assume the folk I see going into a pub or a betting shop are on benefits.
