Ear Infection - Sqad help please

I've got a really painful ear, which feels identical to the one I had about 3 years ago, and which the Dr said was an ear infection and gave me antibiotics for. I'm away on my Christmas break at the moment and can't get to the Drs - but I have got a couple of packs of Flucloxacillin 250mg caps ( I have them in my emergency kit when travelling in case I get a canula site infection/absess) Will they help my ear or make no difference?

Sqad

A good idea ....take the Flucloxaciiln 500mgms (2 tablets to start with) and take Ibuprofen 400mgms for the pain as and when necessary.
