Apparently Susanna has single handedly saved the property market in Salford.

Since Breakfast Telly relocated to Salford Quays, prices in Salford have risen by 6.8%

That is the biggest rise for anywhere outside London.

The national average was 1.7%

More significantly, the average for the rest of the north west (ie NOT Salford) was MINUS 3.5%

Susanna saves Salford!

(the second biggest rise, after Salford, was Brighton and Hove)
