Malta Buses - Again.

Thanks for previous answers. The change hadn't happened the last time we went, but as we waited to board our yellow bus at Valletta bus terminus, we could see the metal threads through the bare tyre! The ride was really eventful. You'd have thought it was a racetrack. As we got off the bus, I thanked the driver and said it would have cost £5 for a ride like that at Alton Towers! Doh!

The first time I caught a bus in Malta I noticed two things. Firstly, the driver took both hands off the wheel, to cross himself, every time we passed a church (and there are a lot of churches in Malta!). Secondly,it quickly became apparent that the rule at junctions was always "he who has the loudest horn has right of way"
