Canon Eos Utility Picture Download Problem

trying to down load picture using canon utility and i get this message "EOS utility as encountered a problem & needs to close " Anyone any idea whats happened?

Has it happened more than once? I'd think it's got corrupted and I'd uninstall and then re-install (I don't really know what I'm talking about except I also have this program). Hope you get a techie answer.

hi prudie,this is the first time its happened . I will uninstall it and reinstall and see what happens..

I uninstalled and reinstalled but I still have the same problem..

Try running System Restore.

However I've never used the supplied software, with any digital camera, for transferring pictures to a computer. I simply put the media card into the PC's card reader or (if it's not got a built-in card reader) use a USB card reader. (They're hardly expensive; Poundland sells them!)
