Anyone know what to mix with Olive Oil to make a good dipping oil for bread? I know you want to start with good EVOO, but what do you add to it?

Thanks

Try balsamic vinegar (even a cheap one tastes good), good old S+P. Or try squeezing juice from tomato - it will be fairly clear. Or just about anything you like - I could drink OO like any other fruit juice if it weren't for the calories!!!
if you can get it, try roasted pumpkin seed oil for dipping. Its a deep beautiful green and very tasty
I know it's cheating but Tesco do a range of them in smaller than normal bottles - dunking the pizza crust is sometimes better than my pizzas!!

Balsamic, but don't mix it just leave it as a blob in the olive oil-looks good
