Again the writers have gone over the top, this time with her reaction to the news she was pregnant. In real life all she would have done would be to announce that she was having David's baby and that's it. Why would Nick want her to have an abortion? Just assume it's David's, say nothing and leave it at that.

Ah yes Dave, but this is not real life!! its a Soap and if everything that happened in soaps was acted as in real life they wouldn't be very exciting would they! - that is the whole idea of them. Drama!!! x

She slept with Nick on Xmas day. She does not want a baby at all so was
probably a bit "shocked" when she found out she was pregnant. There is no way Kylie will be able to act as if all is ok.

Personally, I couldn't live with keeping it if I suspected it was another man's child. So I agree with Chelle. But hey ho this is Corrie and wouldn't it be boring if it reflected real life!
