I did the brandysnap baskets and the meringues both with fruit and cream. Lucky I had both in the pantry, No.1 son bought his girlfriend home and no.2 son bought his best mate back

You inspired me..... Daughter got us an icecream maker for Christmas, made vanilla two days ago, had meringue shells in cupboard and raspberries in fridge, went together lovely.......with a bit of squirty cream on top.....nom nom nom. X
