Retrieving Emails

I have accidently deleted an important email from my inbox. Is there any way in which I can retrieve it ? I use BT Yahoo mail.

Its not in my spam or trash folders, nor in my laptops recycle bin.

How recently? I think it needs to be in the last 24 hours to be able to do it?

It was some time this afternoon. I was checking my emails on my iphone when I was out walking the dog and deleted one instead of another. I have checked back home here on my desk top but of course its the same.

If you are unable to restore the E/mail, is it not possible to request the Sender to send you a copy.?
