I have just bought some really tasty looking British Lamb Chump Steaks, anyone got any exciting ways of cooking them?

Try frying in oil making sure they are still slightly pink. Remove and add crushed garlic, freshly squeezed orange juice, redcurrant jelly and pink peppercorns to the pan. Simmer for a few minutes and serve sauce over chops. Yum
