My missus wants an MP3 player for chrissy so that she can listen to the archers whenever she wants. Anybody know how to get the streamed data from bbc web site? Or is there any source as to the names of .ram or similar files.

There is software that you can get (cannot remember the name) that allows you to play the program on the web site on your PC and save it as an mp3 file.

The Archers IS available on the BBC web site so you could "record" it from there..

Go here and select "soap" in the bottom right.

Found StreamBox and can now download .ra files. The link you (vehelpfulguy) gave provided url of files. Many thanks One happy missus..
