Peugeot 207 brake shoes
My son took his 06 207 1.4 into a local garage to have the hand brake and rear shoes replaced. I had a call off the garage that they had a problem.
The shoes their suppliers had delivered differed from the ones on the car.
The ones on the car had a short barrel shaped tin link,split allong its length to thread the cable. This was riveted to the actuating arm. The replacement set did not have this, just a plain arm
I went to a Peugeot dealer but the set they gave me were exactly the same as the garages suppliers had sent.
Have the brake shoes on this model been modified since 06.
