Have you eaten yet? What did you have, or are planning to have? I usually cook a meal from scratch but on Tuesdays Mrs R goes to choir practice so tonight I had a ready meal from Tesco ~ lamb hotpot ~ very tasty!

We had tuna steak with a light marinade of chili and lime, warm potato salad with chives and a medley of veg. I think I might have to eat some more potato salad though, twas lush.

Love tuna steak; usually grill it rare and serve with salsa verde and noodles and griddled peppers and mushrooms.
