Or are you talking about your log-in to Windows, if so, what version of Windows are you using?

Go to Start/Control Panel/User accounts and Family Safety/User Accounts and then delete password, follow the prompts.

You want to be able to sign in - anyone could access your files otherwise.

The Windows 7 password is not that secure, there are easy ways round it.

You can also take a hard disk out of a laptop and connect it to another computer and access all the files without needing to put in any password.

Mentioned herewith are the different steps to remove the password from your laptop or computer
1) Go to the START menu and then click on the control panel
2) Then, double click on user account
3) Then select your account then click on the remove password
