I didn't have for years as I've never had the flu so thought it was pointless, but I do now as I spend more time on the wards, in clinics and in A&E than I used.
I have diabetes as well and I have one every other year I definetly think it is worth getting and I never feel bad afterwards just a bit of a sore arm for a couple of days
We have ours tomorrow, haven't had fllu for a long time
Just got a letter from our Health Practice today, we have next Saturday or 26 Oct to go for our flu jabs, we usually go. Not felt any different except we've both had a viral chest infection this year which lasted three months.

Thank you for all your answers. This is the first year that i qualify to have my flu jab on the N.H.S.I didnt get a letter from my doctor about it, but i phoned up and booked to have mine done. in a couple of weeks time.

Had mine today, have had it for over ten years now. always been fine. X
