I enjoy pop, but always opt for the conventional Coke, Lilt, Tango etc.

I am also not a great fan of Vodka.

Am I alone in finding Red Bull a truly foul and rather expensive can of pop?

The sugar content in any non-diet pop is pretty high, so the glucose rush is much the same and Red Bull leaves me with a taste I can only describe as rancid horse urine.

Not that I have ever tried horse urine, but one can guess.

I wouldn't say it tastes foul but I'm not keen on it myself. I went to the RedBull AirRace a couple of years ago and they were selling lorry loads of it and practically giving the stuff away. One can was quite enough and I've never felt the need to ever try it again.
I tried some Red Bull many years ago and once was enough. I only had one sip and my heart started racing to the point where I could hardly breathe, and I felt light headed and sick. I poured the rest down the drain. All I can say is if it does that to you it can't be doing you any good. Its full of caffeine.
The lack of fluids we've stated also can bring about feeling sick or head aches.

Essentially all all of these uncomfortable side effects are certainly not trivial at all and that we must take worry about the levels of energy beverages we eat. By doing that, we'll be doing a great favour to your body and well being.
