How come this case has been postponed yet again? The alleged offence took place in October last year and the courts are still waiting for further reports. How many reports do they need?

I remember that well - she was positively vile. I dont understand the delays either - the whole world saw what she said.

It seems that a theme of her defence may be her mental state which may have been influenced by drugs she was taking. Earlier adjournments were for the preapartion of psychiatric reports and these are notorious for taking a long time to prepare.

I read that NewJudge. She had possibly taken a double dose of some medication. Trouble is, I have never heard of a medication where one of the side effects is to turn you into a foul mouthed bigot.
Still, that's sub judice and up to the courts to decide.
