Any honest advice maybe from the ladies. There is a girl i saw in Boots, she looked over and smiled. I didnt think anything of it apart from she was nice. Then a few days later she passed me in town and smiled. I then went in boots a few days later and whilst walking thorugh she saw me and smiled. A week later i went in again, and went to her to buy something, but i got nervous and didnt say anything. What should i say? How do i know she isnt just being friendly?

make her laugh, but genuinely, not just things that one laughs at to be polite. Also, dont come accross as even slightly desperate. Good luck!!
Yes, she may just be smiling thinking it is a pleasant way to be and that it is coincidence that you keep meeting.

Something inane like "we can't keep meeting like this, people will talk" will most likely get some sort of reaction, hopefully something more and better than another smile. This can be closely followed with a line or an invite for a drink (assuming you are both old enough!) a coffee shop if not. If yes, then give her your number to arrange it (rather than on the spot which might be embarassing).

If she says no, then at least you have tried and not passed up the possibility that she may say yes. Don't try and be clever with a 'smartarse' chat up line (unless you have some really original good'uns) just try to be yourself.
slip her your number with your money.... if she doesnt call dont go in there anymore ;o)
Yes | would say we can't keep meeting like this and then go onto say too much Christmas shopping, what are you up to this Christmas. Like an informal chat not like a chat up line. If she says something like we are having a big dinner at my mums, you could say sounds nice can I come as a joke and see what her reaction is. You might not get the right answers but its a start to check if you can find out if she is single or not.

Same thing happened to my sister but she's only 17 and didn't have the bottle to do anything so she mentioned it to our cousin while we were out one night (the guy was stood about 10 meters away) and being a bit drunk our cuz (a 17 year old lad) promptly marched over to the guy (his name is richard) asked him if he was single and when he said "yes" (after a bit of initial confusion when he thought my cuz was gay and trying to chat him up for himself!) replied "well will u dance with my cousin then cos she's getting on my T!ts" Richard and my sister have now been together for nearly 3 months and are very happy!

So basically, get a drunk relative to do it for you....or alternatively just take a deep breath and tell her u know it's a bit out of the blue (but if you don't try u'll never know) and would she like to go for a drink sometime.

I don't know if the colour or the grammar hurts more.

The colour..........................
