How many members were there in the Nobel Prize Selection Committee for literature in 1912. Did any one of them knew the Bengali language?

The Bengali language poet was awarded the 1913 Nobel Prize for literature.

Was there any book of Rabindranath Tagore in the main library of the Swedish Academy according to its accession list in 1912?
