On my 2008 Vauxhall Vectra Estate 1.9 cdti SRi. I now have a fixed message on the in-car display showing "Safeguard" There is nothing in the manuals for car or the in-car entertainment system, which says what this may be about. My local Vauxhall specialist garage have hooked up the car to their computer diagnostics and there is no problem. The radio and CD player work fine and the car is performing as normal. Anyone out there seen this before and know what it is all about. Vauxhall customer services have not replied to an e-mail query.
