Out of hospital again. My argument is, and it's not an argument really. Why is there not a painkiller that doesn't knock you out. I just want pain relief. I don't want to be as high as a kite or out cold.
Mic - have been thinking about you and wondering what was happening. very sorry to hear that you are in pain. that is awful. i am an absolute baby when it comes to pain. so really do sympathise.
Pain is not my problem at the moment micmac, its discomfort,I can feel the tumour in my backside wich discharges gunge every so often,I have to wear pads in my undies,I dread to think of the outcome if the latest chemo fails.
We can pray for each other mic, not that i have much faith in the good lord,he has certainly dumped on me lately, but my family and friends have been great.
The old cliche is "God always answers your prayers, but sometimes the answer is no". If I thought He'd remember me, I might just try adding my prayers.
Glad you both have support systems in place.
get well soon mic and go to Goa for your next hols all the elderly Brits especially the men are sitting in small cafes smoking spliffs ! dont have to take it with you its easily available and they bring back viagra to sell to their mates !But get well first.
