Can you recommend one please?
I'm looking for a cereal that doesn't have a lot of sugar or salt added, also low in calories and fat.
I don't mind if it's a cereal to be eaten with hot or cold milk.TIA

I think shredded wheat fits the bill. It is also equally nice with hot or cold milk.
Ground oats (ie Ready Brek type) made with skimmed milk with a sprinkling of sweetener.
Oat bran and no-fat yogurt - mix as thick or thin as you want - very filling and few calories.

Muesli with Benecol yoghurt and a handful of blueberries and raspberries.

Porridge made with semi skimmed milk and only a tiny bit of sugar if you can't eat it without.
porridge is defo the best , a liitle jam or honey in it is probably better than sugar too.

Alternatively, some of the oat granola cereals aren't too bad depending on the variety

You can get some lovely cinnamon flavoured porridge or porridge with blueberries..both scrumptious and good for you. Make it with half water half milk an d don't use sugar. You dont need it with cinnamon or blueberries.

Haven’t come across any breakfast food as healthy as oat bran. Low in calories, low in fat, filling and tasty, the oat bran benefits are plenty!! It is the perfect food for weight loss, diabetes control, cholesterol maintenance and help against erratic snacking/bingeing. You get various types of oat bran which can be eaten with hot or cold milk. Add some sugar, walnuts, fruits and give your body a tremendous energy boost. I personally prefer the organic oat bran of Dukan Diet. It tastes so good and keeps me feeling full for a long time! Try it!
