I've got a Samsung Galaxy Ace with a 16GB memory card installed. I've got about 6GB of music on the memory card so therefore I still have around 7GB of free space. Recently however I've been getting messages that the internal memory was low on the phone and this stopped some messages from being received.

I deleted some items and now the internal memory is at 30MB but is there anything I can do so free up more internal memory as now I find that when I try to install a new app or game I may get the memory full message again.

You should have to delete some themes and wallpapers which are not liked by you except inbuilt themes and wallpapers or you can also transfer to memory card to free up internal memory.
That should have android 2.3 on it, in which case if you go into settings > applications > manage application and then tap on any of the applications listed you should see the option to move the app to the SD card.
