my daughter got a used iphone 3 for christmas, from, er, santa. It has been jailbroken with something called cydia? i think. She bought a cd and wanted to put it on her phone but it wont let her - is it because of the jailbreak?
If it is, is it possible to un break it?
To be honest it's been a right hassle and i bet santa wishes he'd just got a new phone!

no its got nothing to do with being jailbroken
the cd will have to be converted to mp3 then the tunes can be added it itunes then onto the iphone
You can use iTunes to restore the phone to factory defaults. But you need to check before you do this. The phone may have been jailbroken to unlock the phone to all networks. If you lose the jailbreak the phone may become locked to the original network. Which is fine if your daughter is on the correct network that the phone is locked to.
