Does anyone know the key procedure to retune a Kenmark LCD telly. My son has lost his instruction manual and the freeview channels have disappeared. We can't remember the step thru to re-tune it.

With most TVs the procedure is along the lines of the following:

1. Press 'Menu' on the handset.
2. Scroll down to 'Setup' or similar. Press 'OK'
3. Scroll down to 'Autotune' or similar. Press 'OK'.

However if a TV set suddenly loses some, or all, of the digital channels it's most usually an aerial problem. Your son's reception might be affected by the current high atmospheric pressure. See my post here for other possible causes:

I suggest that your son start by taking a look at his TV aerial to check that, for example, high winds haven't knocked it out of position. He should then check all the aerial connections, to ensure that everything is properly plugged in.
