Jom, Ha! indeed. :o)

Oops! Keyplus has his running shoes on again. What a surprise! ;o)
How did we get from 9/11 to Mills and Boon?
VE, I think it was after Keyplus told us what wonderfully loving people Muslims are and I asked him if he would still have married his wife if she had refused to convert to Islam. I didn’t get an answer to that. I wanted to ask him about his marriage ceremony too, but too late now - he’s run off again.

Well, at least he’s right in saying //the real poster is not interested in it any more//

Yes….. he seems to have run off too
Naomi - If you want then I would take my running shoe off and lets take this thread to another 500 posts if that helps and if there is a chance of agreement after that.

Otherwise I will let you celebrate by claiming whatever (including running shoe) as I know the importance of time and do not get paid for posting here only for the sake of "carry on posting".
My whole love story did not give you the answer Naomi? Or have heard this before? I did say there "VERY CLEARLY" that we were getting married and she decided to convert to Islam on that day. In simple English that means that I was going to marry here anyway even if she had not converted to Islam. But obviously you have a very strong tendency of giving people wrong impressions. You have always fulfilled the saying I used to hear. Tell lie so consistently that it should start sounding like a truth. And you surely have that quality. But don't forget all of them read posts.

And perhaps real poster thought exactly what I said now. I don't blame him either.
Ah! There you are Keyplus! Still counting posts I see – and still shooting the messenger, which is rather silly, because as you say, and as I’ve always told you, I don't lie, other people do read the posts, and you’re making yourself look a twit again – just as you did at the beginning of this thread when you tried to disparage me – but didn’t come back to tell me what my ‘favourite phrase’ is. Not to worry – few people here are stupid - and your reputation goes before you.

Right. If you’re back, just a few questions.

I know you said your wife converted to Islam when you got married – but I wondered how you would have felt if she’d have refused – and it seems you would have still married her. If that’s true, how would you have felt about being married to someone who didn’t agree with your beliefs?

And you said your wedding that took place in a house. It was, I presume, an Islamic ceremony?

Also, how does your English wife feel about your acceptance of child marriage? Would she agree to marry her nine year old daughter to an adult male, as you would?
Sith - “birdie, wince [sic] when have you become the doomsayer?... (joke)”

If that's a joke, please don't give up your day job. And the 'doomsayer' thing... what are you talking about? A doomsayer is someone who predicts disaster. I have done no such thing.

Are you feeling all right?
Question Author
birdie, in simple words, i dont think you get a joke. i know what a doomsayer is. its in the name. I dont think you are feeling alright. Why so serious?
Birdie, what's the problem? 'Wince' seems to fit the bill. ;o)
Naomi - ///how would you have felt about being married to someone who didn’t agree with your beliefs?///

Islam allows men to marry Christians and Jews known as people of the book. As for the other part of your question that has nothing to do with this thread, and has been discussed so many time.
Keyplus, //Islam allows men to marry Christians and Jews known as people of the book. //

That wasn't the question. I asked how you would feel being married to someone who didn't share your opinions.

I don't believe we've ever discussed your marriage ceremony, and nor have we discussed your wife's opinions on child marriage.

No answers to any of the questions there, Keyplus.
Sith - “... birdie, in simple words, i dont think you get a joke...”

Of course I get jokes but you simply haven't made one. Your earlier post (with regards to me) makes no sense as a joke or otherwise.
Question Author
your attempt at a joke seemed a lot worse.

//If that's a joke, please don't give up your day job//

Was that a joke? Because that was a lot worse.
//Why After 9/11 People Still Convert To Islam?//

Because some people never learn . . . and that's no joke!
Sith - “... Was that a joke? Because that was a lot worse...”

No. It was a piece of free advice.

Please stop trying to justify yourself. You made a meaningless statement in an attempt to be funny. It failed. Move on.
Keyplus, //If you want then I would take my running shoe off//

So much for the man who claims he always answers questions. Your running shoes didn't stay off for long.
Question Author
birdie, me move on? youre the one who brought up the topic? so if anyone should move on it should be you.
Back to the playground....again....doh.
Question Author
no, im finished.
