I read an article about Cern in Switzerland, where scientists fired a photon at two slits to see which one it would go through, it went through both at the same time, apparently jumping a dimension in the process, amazing stuff, does anybody know of any good websites that deal with info like this? Geared more towards the lay person, than heavy duty Science folk. Thanks.

This is based on a very famous experiment called "Youngs slits"

This is a fabulous website with interactive applets showing one aspect of this

Thanks for that Jake.
yea, it's the young's slits experiment. google anything about that, or quantum mechanics (what you've read is one of the cornerstones of quantum mechanics).

the interactive parts don't come up for me, just a blank box with an X in the top left corner...
