To drink or drugs but to exercise makes me feel happy full of energy and surely it must be one of the best addictions to have

Totally agree, I'm not addicted but do exercise regularly and enjoy the feel good factor afterwards.
It can however become a kind of drug with the release of endorphins and some people even need to get up in the middle of the night to run, cycle or something... so long as this doesn't cause a problem in their lives yes, that's OK but I know of someone whose work suffers from this.

Well, that's great. All things should be in moderation, even exercise!!

Im addicted to Zumba. I go whenever I can. Last week I went 6 times between Tuesday night and Friday night. I had a lot of stress over xmas, and this seemed to relieve it all as you can totally let go. I also am addicted to walking in summer. I would set off about 7.30am and get back about 4pm on my days off of course.
you can get too addicted - my cousin ran and ran and ran, every opportunity, he overdid it - but mostly I agree, yes it's good for you!

I wish I could be addicted to exercise, I hate it, except running, but I can't do that anymore cos it buggered my knees up.
racoon ...snap ...used to do lots of running but knees suffered terribly..G & T...easier than gym...hee hee
Lol murray, I quite agree. Hubbie tried to get me into swimming (he swims a mile and a half 6 days a week) but I hate it, the only way I think I could do it is with music, but I can't find anything I trust waterproof enough to take my iPod into the water.
