Blueberry Plant Query

Hello, I am from the UK but live in Greece. Last year I bought a Blueberry plant in Lidl and a heavy wind blew the leaves off. It is in a plant pot on my balcony and the green leaves have returned. My question is, Is there something I can feed the plant with (maybe eggshells, teabags etc) so the fruit will appear? Where I live in my area they don't sell fertilizers,plant feed etc. Also what month do blueberrys bear fruit?
