Honest not joking, has anyone tried / used / bought one of these devises? we have a bloody yapping dog next door, the family has just moved in, it yaps continues for approx an hour whilst the owner takes the children to school, Some may find this hard to believe??? but I do not like moaning to the new people. tia.
prev Asked this earlier in Technology but only got one reply which didn't work.

Dogs are pack animals, they dont like being isolated. Maybe you could suggest to the neighbours that they leave a radio or tv on whilst they are doing the school run.
