Which of the miracles of Jesus were witnessed by any of the authors of the four gospels?

Flavius Josephus was born in 37 CE (ie after the supposed date of the cruxifiction). The book where he mentions Jesus was written circa 93 CE. By then the myths of Jesus were well underway.
