Number 2 is: Baldslow in East Sussex ?
Number 3 is: Fitzwilliam ("Fitz-" denotes the illegitmate son of)
Number 1 is: Tadcaster (North Yorkshire)
Number 6 is: Kirkby Stephen (Cumbria)
Number 5 is possibly Ryal (village in Northumberland)

The best I can come up with for Number 4 is: Poole


I can't think of a word for "Police Reserve Force" and I got nowhere with SC = Special Constable!

Someone elsewhere has suggested Bacup for no 4 which I think works :)
