This is making me hungry now! ...
I would have it in a sandwich or cold with chips and mustard. Mum used to make a curry with leftover beef after a Sunday roast.
dont eat beef much but i would chop it small and chuck it in a big pan of rice with veggies, nuts, sultanas, whatever i thought would go nice with it.
I make stovies with mine, a Scottish meal made with beef dripping, onions and beef, (cornbeef, chicken or our family favourite pork) and tatties, very nice.
We have a lovely dog next door, a special treat for her(if her owner doesn't beat her to it)
Cold, in a sandwich with picallili, or cold with bubble and squeek (tysop) and a fried egg
There's nothing wrong with oven chips.

Costco do these HUUUGE bage called Stealth Fries.
sarnies or into bubble and squeak
I use it to find out where the recent gaps in my teeth have appeared. I chew the beef and for the next few days can note where the gums ache.
