am trying to remove the ignition barrel and steering lock from an old yoke so that it can be replaced, any ideas how 2. there is no head on the fixings if they are bolts, so posibly rivits, any ideas? thanx

hi, they are bolts whitch have got a weak bit on them just under the head whitch shear off when they are tightend during asembly to leave a "tamper proof" dome but a sharp tap with a centre puntch in a anticlockwise direction will loosen them. depending on access it can be tricky but not impossible as they are normally not that tight. hope this helps stevie
