I am trying to lose some weight by doing 30mins brisk walking followed by 10mins on the plate.....I have some concerns about joint/cartilege long term damage....Should I avoid the power plate altogether? (I am 66yoa)

All I can say is I have been using one or a few years now without any problems. I am 59

It was a friend who warned me about not 'warming up' that caused serious damage to her knee which now requires surgical replacement!
