How can i link .avi videos together?

Hi,
I've been trying to link about 5 .avi videos together to make one long video. I tried windows movie maker which worked fine, but there is no sound.
I also need the end file to save as .avi.
Any suggestions?

Thanks, it all works great but i can't save it as a video, it saves as a project.

Not used that software.. but is there and export option on the file menu... if so try that.

Hi,

I've only ever used it once myself, but I can recommend a product called "VirtualDub" for this activity. Dead easy to use, and it's freeware, so you should have no trouble finding a reputable site to download from.
