Hi everyone
Please help, we bought this new tv today and we can not get the sound to work through the amp not even the play station etc. we have tried the tv setting and unplug cables etc.

Any help out there?

I have a 523, I think the setting you may be looking for is
Options on the remote
Scroll down to speakers
Select audio system

Just realised mine is a EX523 so it may well be different to yours.

We have been in options and audio system still don,t get sound

That's the only way I can see on mine to turn the speakers from TV to Audio. Sorry that doesn't help.

I do not know whether this will help but I cannot get sound from my TV to my external speakers as I need an optical? cable, Unfortunately I do not have facility for this as TV is a few years old
