Hi. Got TalkTalk broadband at home (6MB) and it keeps dropping out. Never had problems when it was Pipex in other house. TT are terrible at customer service - we just go round in circles with the connection keeping on stopping. Anyway, we always get a problem with cutting out when either my wife or I activate our new Android Wi-Fi phone connections. You guys will make more sense than TalkTalk. Any pointers? Cheers, Michael

Are you pluged into the Main BT master box .. (or an ADsL faceplate master) ..
OR a telephone extension inside house system?
What actually happens? Internet connection drops .. or what?
Hi Michaelog193,

If you join the TalkTalk Members Forum we can look into this issue in more depth. The initial testing we would complete involves testing an alternative router at the test socket to confirm if issues persist (and rule out equipment or wiring related issues).
