Help! Sony Erickson Experia Arc query.......

I have one of these phones, and each time I am sent a photo text message, it comes up with a message saying "message not downloaded" and I can't then view the picture. Has anyone else had this problem, and know how to fix it????

You will need to contact your network provider, the settings on your fone need to be activated by your provider for your picture messages to work.....
